You are invited to dedicate a hymnal in the name of a loved one. For a
donation of $35 a custom bookplate will be permanently placed in a
hymnal. See the bookplate in the left-hand column. You may dedicate it to the Memory of a friend or loved one who has died; OR you may present it "in Honor of:" a living friend or loved one, who you would like to honor- as a gift to mark a special occasion, or just to thank them.
To dedicate a hymnal you may complete the on-line form below, and click on "send message", and it will go to isdoneonta@gmail.com. We are delighted that Tom Landon has agreed to write your dedication in calligraphy, once your payment has been received. Alternatively, write out the required info and bring it to the ISD Office mailbox. Send $35 Donation to ISD Oneonta (with hymnal dedication in the memo line) to ISD Oneonta, 41-45 Dietz St., Suite 1, Oneonta, NY 13820. Or place your check in the collection plate in an envelope labeled hymnal dedication. or turn in a printed form to the office at the Lotus Center.
We prefer to receive submissions electronically to ensure accuracy.
