In this workshop we will cover both safe & easy cleanses for beginners, looking for a place to start, and also deep organ cleanses for those looking to lighten the load to specific ailments. Kimberly Winsor, LMT, Polarity Therapist and Herbalist, will take you through an introduction to all of the classic approaches from traditional herbal medicine, and join it with modern approaches.
